Female roommate wanted.

Rent: $800/mo. Includes HOA fees and water.

Rent does not include electric bill or Internet. We will need to split these bills each month.

Available Date: I can have the room available by May 1st.

This room will feature a private bedroom furnished with a firm queen bed and private bathroom. There is a wood burning fire place in the living room and I do have dishes that may be used.

The property has central air and heat and is furnished. You will be able to park in a visitor spot during the duration of your lease.

I am looking for a tenant who does not plan to move any furniture in. There is no additional storage space outside of the bedroom for rent.

During the spring, the pool will be open and I do have a key for access.

No smoking/drugs or drinking will be a requirement for signing a lease.

About me: I am a 39-year-old female and the only other person that will be living at this property. I am a Christian and have a dog that is a small breed. She is super sweet. I will be leaving to work around 7:00 a.m. and returning around 4pm Monday through Friday. This is a quiet home in the evenings and a drug and alcohol free zone. Cleanliness and good communication skills are some character traits that I am looking for in a tenant. This is not a space for overnight guests. Tenant will be required to pay for her own background check and credit check. (Approximately $25)
