About the room
The building I have is a historic red brick located on Western Blvd in the McKinley / Brighton Park area.
The rental I offer is a private bedroom, with access to common areas offering all the comforts of home. There is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the house; a fully functional kitchen; dining room; bathroom and front room with tv, as well as workout equipment for use. I have two ladies once a month to clean all common areas, so you just worry about your room.
The bedrooms themselves are provided with a full size bed provided with freshly laundered pillows; mattress pad and blankets; a study desk/ chair with a lamp and closet. We ask all renters to provide their own sheets and towels for hygienic reasons.
About the roomies
All of my tenants are supper friendly and very respectable. If you like I have many references from previous tenants.
