Monthly room rate Includes: twin beds, nightstands, dresser drawers, closet space, bed linens and towels, WIFI, electricity, water, washer/dryer, keyless entry, & lawn service. For the safety and consideration of all occupants, the property is drug and alcohol free; no smoking inside; no pets; and no overnight guests.
The house is in the West Little River area of Miami, FL. It is close to bus lines, a park and I-95. 3 miles to Miami Dade College. 7 miles to Florida Memorial University.
