Spacious room/bathroom available in a 2 bed/2ba house in Midtown/Camelback East! Furnished with a queen sized bed and three drawer dresser. Room has carpet and there is a built in closet organizer. The bathroom also has a built in shelving system for storage. One thing to note is that the bathroom has a partially unfinished floor. For this reason, the room is listed for below market rent at a discount. It is merely aesthetic and hasn’t been a problem for the current tenant who has lived there for a while.

There are two living rooms (one in the front of the house, one in the back), and a full kitchen with granite counter tops and relatively new appliances. Washer/Dryer inside. Water filter system available. There is a small gated yard space.

Preferably there would be no pets, however small dogs will be considered on a case by case basis for a monthly pet rent fee and deposit.

Current roommate is a clean, quiet, young professional who keeps to herself. She smokes cannabis outside (smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home) and she has a senior cat who stays in her room.
