Great location for Keck USC School of Medicine students. The room is very clean. All the furniture is brand new. Beautiful furnished private room with its’ own bathroom in a private gated community. A parking permit will be provided, so you can park inside the gated community, which has a pool and a jacuzzi. Your room will be on the second floor of a townhouse. First floor (shared area): kitchen, dining room, living room with a TV, sofa, guest bathroom, balcony. The washer and dryer are at the basement level, inside the garage. Internet service is included.

I am very quiet and clean, rarely have any visitors. I have a 11-year-old son who lives with me part-time on the weekends.
