North Westanna Avenue

This is a small duplex with a small patio and yard. There is a fireplace in my unit. Two doors down there is a laundry room. Directly in front of my living room is a seasonal pool. This complex is in the St John’s community in Portland, Oregon. No smoking (420 okay), too small for too many visitors at a time. My grandsons visit occasionally. I am a night owl. I often come in very late or early am. But then straight to bed. I use the kitchen a lot so I prefer someone who isn’t into cooking. Small to medium dog okay with extra $35 for pet charge by the complex.
