I’m looking for a roommate for a cute 2 bedroom apartment in Lyndale/ Kingfield starting January 1st. The room is $550/month, plus utilities and Wifi. As far as amenities go, there’s on-site laundry, lots of storage in the basement, and (generally) plenty of parking on the street. It’s a first-floor apartment in a 4plex with lots of windows and original woodwork. The apartment is located on a quiet residential street, with plenty of restaurants and businesses closeby on Nicollet and Lyndale. Bde Maka Ska is a fifteen minute walk, and there’s easy access to bus routes (18, 21, 23 etc.).

I am a 31-year-old female. I am pretty quiet, clean and tidy, work nights, and have guests over maybe once a week. I’m looking for someone who is also tidy, laidback and cleans up after themselves.
