STEPHEN's room

It is a single bedroom(one person only occupancy) with nice natural light, ceiling fan and a large closet. You would share a full bath with the other separate bedroom renter. This is a 1900sq. foot home with a 2 car garage and driveway for 2 vehicles on a quiet street 3 blocks from the Lake, Safeway, CVS Pharmacy dining etc. You would have full access to a modern updated kitchen, dining area, living area with home theater, laundry room, large fenced backyard, large deck with grill and a utility area with a workshop. A compatible dog is allowed and or a cat if it stays in your room when you are not home. High speed internet is included. All utilities included except during heating season when a 1/4 of the total natural gas bill will be added on a monthly basis.

I am a retired news/documentary cameraman/videographer and the other renter is a carpenter. I live in the 3rd bedroom with a private bath and own the house. We both watch a lot of films and series in our respective areas. Neither one of us disturbs the other and there is no drama and an agreement not to discuss politics in the house. We both have dogs that get along and play on the deck and large fenced backyard.
