This is for a bed in a shared house.

We are a group of comedians, playwrights, screenwriters, novelists, illustrators, DJs, animators, directors, photographers, painters, dancers, visual artists, sculptors, designers, musicians, percussionists, singers, and otherwise creative people who live together in order to save money on rent and focus their time and energy on their careers.

Don’t want to pay $1200 for a crappy studio? Rather focus on your creativity than working around the clock just to cover the rent?

Network and collaborate by living with others who share the same goals, while saving money and making a ton of new friends.

Stay a month or a year!

We offer month-to-month, no-lease/no-commitment, completely furnished shared rooms (dorm style) with an awesome list of amenities.

We have three large common areas with comfy sectional couches, big screen TVs, blazing fast WIFI, HBO, Netflix, Hulu, DVR, ESPN, etc.

A video editing bay.

A keyboard. Guitars. Ukuleles. Ableton Push 2. Mics.

A recreation area outside with ping pong, Foosball, shuffleboard, barbecue, and writing area.

Rent covers one bunk bed in a shared room (4 people to a room) in the newly renovated space with all utilities included - plus storage space for your clothes and belongings.

Plus we do weekly group activities (the costs of which are covered by your rent so you don’t have to pay more for them). We’ve done roller skating, paint balling, sailing, maze rooms, BBQs, house concerts. A few weeks ago we did an overnight trip to the mountains for the weekend. :) All the activity costs are included in your rent.

We are very picky about who we let in… No creeps. No weirdos. No negative people.

Guys and girls rooms are completely separate entrances to the building. All common areas are shared.
