Bannock Avenue

We are two mellow type guys looking for a good fit to be our new roommate. The room is available after March 1, it is currently occupied.

The person we are looking for must be a professional/tradesperson with good work and renting history. We are open to most people, but don’t necessarily need another guy. Politically centrist or left, beach/surf type is probably a better fit. Open to considering a medium sized, older, well behaved dog. While we normally keep to ourselves, we don’t want a person who can’t engage with others.

The room-

Longer and rectangular, approximately 10’ x 18’ with closet spanning full width and adding 5’ in length. Private bathroom with laundry facilities on site. The room has tile flooring, tons of street parking. We will be showing it next week.

The guys- 51 property owner, and 39. We are 420 friendly for med and recreational. Both of us are professionals, do not party and have a low traffic lifestyle. The common areas like sink, kitchen, laundry etc are kept uncluttered and generally clean. The house has a relatively open floor plan, tile everywhere. Both of us have more than one thing going on, so the living room and tv is never used. We have internet, but no cable, so the new person can have that setup if they want to pay for it. There is a backyard and the neighbors are cool.
