About the room
Posting on behalf of a roommate. Room for rent in Licton Spring/North Green Lake. Just off Aurora Ave. 1 Bedroom with shared bathroom and living area/kitchen.
Rent is $885, there is also an option of parking for $50 a month. Great location and cheap rent for a refurbished and modern apartment. Washer/dryer in unit with street parking also, and storage.
Move-in date is right away/ASAP/December 1st.
NOTE - this lease is on a month-to-month basis. Please note that I do not plan to stay long-term (6-12 months), I am looking for someone to move in and share the lease with me and then to either leave when the lease is up or take over.
About the roomies
I am an english soccer director working in Snoqualmie. My roommate has moved out so looking for someone to move in and help with rent.
I am very easy and laid back, have a small dog called Charlie.
