We have Two bedrooms for rent in a 4 BR single family house. #1 is a Huge Unfurnished private bedroom (12×20 sqft) with own bathroom for $1250+utilites per month. #2 is a bedroom (12x17 sqft) with a closet with a shared bathroom for $1050+utilities per month. The rent includes the WIFI, Electricity and Trash. The gas/water utility has been around $30 for the past 2 years. Maid service keeps common areas clean. Common areas includes dining room, living room, kitchen, garage, and more, are free to use and shared/maintained by everyone. I wish you’re a respectful, long term non-smoker single person with good credit (>700). Our house locates on top of beautiful Santa Fe Hill, 5 minutes to I-78, 4 minutes to Palomar College Sprint station, 8 minutes to restaurant street.

We are working professionals, looking for non-smoker, light cooking, quiet and long-term housemates to live with us. A minimum of 700 credit score is required. We can do an initial of 3 month lease, then a yearly lease is expected. Total move-in cost will be 1st-month rent + deposit + Background check fee.
