Robin Hood Road

Hey guys, I have a beautiful house that I’m renting currently with some roommates, but they will all be graduating in January at the end of this lease! The house is a 4 bed 3.5 bath with a bonus room upstairs. Included is a fenced in beautiful backyard with a tiki bar, grill hut, and koi pond on the porch. There is also a 1 car garage and a protected car port that can fit 3 more cars plus plenty of driveway room. The kitchen was just redone 2 years ago after a tree fell through,(there’s updated pictures on zillow). The house is also less than a 5 minute walk from greenfield lake where you can fish, a 8 minute drive to the middle of downtown and a 12-15 minute drive to campus!

In January all the other roommates will be gone but me. My name is Joseph and I’m 21, I am finishing my bachelors in marine bio at UNCW and looking into my real estate license currently. I have a girlfriend who would come over every once and a while to hang out as well and she may bring her dog to hang out with us. But I’m really chill right now it’s just working a lot but I also love going downtown to the bars or the beach to chill.
