FEMALE ROOMMATE ONLY!!! It is a 2 bedroom downstairs apartment in a family friendly gated complex in El cajon. It is located near downtown El Cajon, walking distance from shopping, restaurant/fast food, and public transportation. I am renting out the large second bedroom. You would have your own furnished room (full bed, desk, dresser, bookshelf, lamp) but a shared bathroom (me only). You would have your own fridge in the dining room. No male overnight guests but if you want to have a friend over that’s okay. I’m not a neat freak and am open to reorganizing ideas in the common area spaces. As long as we respect each other’s space and clean up after ourselves. I do have a beautiful ESA cat who has the run of the apartment, but most of her stuff is in my room. My apartment only allows emotional support and service animals. I would love to set up a time to meet with you in person to discuss details and make sure we would be good roommates. If we are a good fit as roommates I would love to show you the apartment and I can also send you a link for the virtual tour of the apartment?. Rent is $907.50 + SDGE ($40-$50) If you want your own renters insurance you can get it, I pay $9 monthly. The lease is month to month but I would like to have someone more long term. When you apply for renting the room you will need to be added to the lease you must have the following.

1. no history in the past 7 years of evictions/bankruptcy
2. a credit score of 550+
3. rental/housing history (recent contact info)
4. income is 2 1/2 times rent (roughly $2065) The apartment complex is gated, has a playground and pool, spa and lots of friendly families. There are avocado, lime and lemon trees on the property for the tenants to pick. The management hires a food truck to park in the complex once a month. There is an after school program that sends someone to the complex to provide tutoring/activities every week. Also the apartment complex has a playground and pool, and lots of families with kids.

I’m a christian woman, I love crafting, my art projects, movies, music, puzzles and games. I’m an artist, I have my own business and work from home. Although I enjoy relaxing at home with a good movie, music, or art I’m a social extrovert. I’m easy to get along with and open to people from all walks of life. I am very involved in my church, (children’s ministry, home bible study and homeless ministry) they are like family. I’ve been babysitting since I was 12, so I’m great with kiddos. Also I’m the oldest grandchild in my family (lots of babysitting).
