About the community: Apartment living at it’s best! Ground floor largest penthouse corner unit with no neighbors and direct access to Benedict Fountain Park across the street! The building is brand new and the amenities are truly state of the art! Imagine living with free coffee/espresso machine in the lobby, weekly morning snack/treats, valet trash pickup, private package service, a dog/bike wash, extensive club room with pool table and living areas, fully equipped business center with printer, pool and year around hot tub, fire pits, fully equipped gym, yoga studio, spin studio and more! Their are free fitness classes every week and truly FUN resident events each and every month. Living here is like living in a 5 star hotel! The staff is like no other in their level of attentiveness and customer service is truly unparalleled! I have lived at several apartments in my lifetime and this is by far the best!

About the unit: Upon entering you are greeted by an oversized entry and storage cubby witha a hallway that leads to the living and kitchen area. The corner unit boasts floor to ceiling windows allowing the most natural light to enter and fill the space with panoramic views of the park! This truly feels like a high end condo and not just another apartment. Gourmet kitchen features white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, side by side refrigerator and beautiful mid century modern walnut veneer cabinets. The living room is oversized and yet inviting with elegance. The bedroom is oversized at 11x13 and easily accommodates a king size bed and desk. The closet is a double sided walkthrough closet leading to the private bathroom. The room is currently furnished but can be unfurnished if needed. I also have a bi-weekly maid service that comes in that will clean the entire apartment including your bathroom and bedroom areas. The unit also features brand new large front loading washer and dryer.

About me: I am a 31 year old professional educated male. I am a full time REALTOR and run a real estate team with Keller Williams. That being said I do work from home in the mornings but typically gone most of the afternoon and evening hours and especially weekends. If I am not working I tend to travel as much as possible so one of the benefits of being my roommate is that I am rarely home. I am gay and currently single after a 10 year relationship so if lifestyle is a problem for you then please do not reply. I rarely frequent any bars or nightclubs and am usually in bed before midnight. I have one dog Sugar who is a 9 year old Labrador and a total sweet heart and couch potato. Sugar has survived multiple myeloma (white cell cancer) twice now with extensive chemo treatments each time so she spends most of her days sleeping and relaxing and is very lovable and loves to cuddle on the couch! That being said I would prefer no pets but I am open to another pet in the apartment on a case by case basis. When I am not working you can find me either skiing, cooking, reading, running or drinking wine! I rarely watch television and tend to read/work more than anything.

About the neighborhood: Uptown Denver is by far my favorite neighborhood in all of the city. You get all the convenience of downtown and Cap Hill without any of the hassle. Uptown is small, quaint and has an amazing neighborhood feel to it. Within a 10 minute walk from the unit there are multiple restaurants, bars, shops including Steubens, Avenue Grill, Park and Company, Ace, Beast and Bottle, Wahoo’s, Coperta, Walter’s Pizzeria, Marg’s and many many more! Also there is a Safeway just 3 minutes away. Lastly you can reach almost anything in Capitol Hill/Colfax or the 16th Street mall in less than a 15 minute walk!

Terms and conditions: Rent will include all bills, internet/wifi, water, maid service and reserved parking in the garage. If you do not want parking the rent can be lowered by $50.00 per month. I am looking for a minimum of 12 month commitment (possibly open to shorter but at least longer than 6 months). There will be a 90 day trial period where either party will have the right to terminate and move out. A background check will be required as well as proof of employment/income, past landlord references, etc. No security deposit necessary with well qualified tenants. If there is a pet there will be a pet deposit required of $400 and $150 is non refundable.
