Jason's room

The room I’m renting is on the main level (2nd floor)and has a half bath in it. Furnished with a full size bed, night table, dresser, desk and chair, wall mounted TV and has a small closet. Theres also a second area for hanging more clothes. Please note: It’s a very peaceful house that is calm, CLEAN and quiet. And it is a MALE ONLY household. The utilities are included here and roommates enjoy thier own double door fridge, coffee maker and living room. The laundry is downstairs. It’s not a party pad so it would be great for working professionals, military or just someone that likes a quiet place.

The house is large and I stay downstairs in the walk-out basement part of the house. I’m a early retired gay white male. Upstairs is one other long term roomie that stays to himself. Since safety is the number one priority here, there is a no guest or pets policy.
