It’s a peaceful house that is calm, clean, uncluttered and quiet. The room is furnished and has a half bath. The main bath with shower is just steps away. You will be on the the second floor which is the main floor of the house. The utilities are included here with 600 mbps WiFi, Sling Tv plus many other channels, a double door fridge, coffee maker, living room and kitchen. Laundry is downstairs. Theres also a back porch with a picnic table and large grassy back yard. Walmart and other shopping, resturants, etc are very near by. Also easy I-85 access from here. I don’t sweat the small stuff in life but I need someone that will do chores as needed. ie: vacuum your room, keep the shower and kitchen clean…The basic normal stuff. Or if you don’t like cleaning, I can bring a housekeeper in (or me) and your rent will be 675.00 per month. Your choice.

I’m a Gay White Male that is SUPER casual. I stay in the downstairs portion of the house. You’ll seldom see me unless you come down to do laundry or just to visit with me. I’m very social, and I stay positive. Upstairs where your room will be is another roomie. Although I’d strongly prefer a gay roomie, I’m open to someone thats very open minded.
