A room with a bath and laundry There is parking I’ve done some improvements, so it looks better. The room actually looks nothing like the pictures anymore because I don’t have those decorations or furniture. I’m looking to buy a house soon and I really need a temporary roommate until I can save up. I have most streaming services and Wi-Fi already and all the utilities and everything is included, unless the utilities go over $120, then I would politely ask for you to help pay the excess. My rent gets raised yearly, so if anything, we will be splitting that and it’s usually an additional $50 per person so you have to be aware of that before you agree to move in. It’s something I don’t have control over. ALSO willing to do month by month if you’re willing to pay a $500 non refundable security deposit to cover the time it takes me to find a new roomie. LASTLY, unfortunately I won’t be allowing any pets. I would accept pets, except I often foster and rescue cats, so I always have roughly 2 to 3 cats in the house that are well taken care of and super friendly. The room comes furnished with a mirror, a full size bed, and a desk. I’m not willing to relocate the furniture.

In the house it is usually just myself. I prefer no parties or super late nights. I only have two friends that might pop in on occasion. I’m super private and don’t like to share my personal space or belongs. Would prefer not to have any company, this could potentially change with time and comfortability.
I’m a high masking audhd person. Usually super awesome and fun but also slow and relaxed. Super easy to get along with. My gf is on the lease and has a key and will have access to the apartment. Looking for someone that is quite and clean. I hate conflict but am willing to be confrontational if I feel uncomfortable. I encourage clear and open communication. Most of all I am a super safe space. And I want good fun, safe refreshing company in return. But also? If you never want to talk that’s so fine too. Brownie points if you’re a girls girl. Or a girly pop. If you don’t understand what that means, maybe this won’t be a fit.
