• This comfortable room features new flooring and generous storage with two separate closets. It is furnished as shown, with a queen-sized bed, dresser, nightstand, and lamp, but you’re welcome to bring your own furnishings if you prefer. Update In addition to central heat and air, room is equipped with additional stand-alone air conditioning unit, and wall-mounted TV.

• Spacious and peaceful home in a quiet Arlington neighborhood—perfect for walking or biking. Situated on a corner lot with a large lawn, fenced backyard, several outdoor seating areas, and native plant flower beds. Certified Wildlife Habitat. Lawn and pool are professionally maintained.

• The house has two living areas. The rooms for rent are upstairs—two private bedrooms with a shared living space and shared full bathroom. You’ll also have full access to the kitchen and laundry.

• I’m a school librarian in my 50s—stable, responsible, and mostly an empty-nester. I live with my young adult daughter, and our bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs.

• You’d be sharing the home with three friendly, clean, and well-behaved dogs—each with their own personality. You’re welcome to play with them, walk them, or just enjoy some cuddles—totally up to you.

• The house has a relaxed, “live and let live” atmosphere with a focus on safety, respect, and positive relationships. We all come from different backgrounds and have our quirks, but with mutual consideration and support, this can be a comfortable and enjoyable setup for everyone.
