• Room could be semi-furnished if required it. Available as unfurnished, but former roommate is willing to let you utilize the Ikea bedframe with drawers listed in picture (indefinitely) and the Ikea cube shelf (reassess in Fall).

Young professional female seeking another working professional roommate (mid to late 20s- early 30s) to move-in preferably anytime May and forward. Rent is $1,800/mo includes water, trash, and internet. Electric is based on usage and averages $20/per person, if between two people, a month (higher in summer with air). Would have own room (13.7x10.6) and detached bathroom (“common” bathroom so on occasion toilet may be utilized by visiting guests), with Bluetooth speaker mirror.

If selected, application fee is $30 for background/credit check. Will also need to obtain renter’s insurance.

Area: Fort Meyer Heights (Rosslyn-Arlington) -Less than 10min walk to Rosslyn Metro (Orange, Blue, Silver line), 4 stops from DCA Airport -Few minute walk to Target, Starbucks, Safeway, CVS, and restaurants -15-30min walk to Georgetown, Lincoln Memorial, and Arlington Cemetery

I’m a working professional, 31, Fully vaccinated. Very responsible, clean, respectful, and kind. I love music, travel, books, movies, and sports; spending a lot of time at concerts and sporting events. A bit nerdy - environmentalist, board games, and MCU/DC. I enjoy sleeping in on weekends if I can, in bed 10:30/11. I’m a hybrid of being an extrovert and introvert, keeping to myself later in the evening to wind down. I strive to be friends with my roommate(s) and to do activities on occasion together if the other is willing and/or extend an invite if a group of my friends and I are getting together. If new to area, I can totally sympathize (came to DC area from Chicago in Feb ’18) with picking up and starting new and will happily be that tour guide/first friend.
