Mcalpine Street

A modern townhome located in East Downtown. Just a mile from the business district, the major stadiums, popular restaurants, and nightlife. The home features four stylishly furnished bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Every room includes a comfortable queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, a work-ready desk and chair, and spacious built-in wardrobes.

Our place gets professionally cleaned every month. As for utilities, they’re shared and usually average about $100 per person (including the cleaning). We’ve got fast 100 MB/S wifi here too. Also, there’s a washer and dryer in the master bedroom, which everyone shares.

Currently, we have two rooms up for grabs:

The downstairs room, featuring mountain-themed wall art above the bed, is available for $795. It comes with a shared shower but a private bathroom.

The upstairs room, with the sage bed and wall art, is available for $795 and has its own fully private ensuite.

I haven’t taken photos yet of the desks I put in these rooms because my roommates haven’t moved out yet but they are included.

Our last roommates were great, but they’re moving on due to life changes. We’re now looking forward to making new memories with new housemates!

Hey, I’m Iewan! I am 25 and work as a Product Engineer. I am looking for someone tidy as I keep the place clean and organized. I work quite a bit and travel often, so I’m rarely home. I’m looking for some chill people to share my space with. Preferably young professionals or university students around my age. There’s currently a chemical engineer (23m) living here as well.
