A modern townhome in East Downtown, about a mile from the business district, the stadiums, and the bars/restaurants. Four furnished bedrooms, each with a queen bed (memory foam mattress), a desk and chair, and built-in wardrobes.

Quick context on why I’m looking again: my previous roommates all moved on — one bought a house here in Houston, the others left the city for work. Was a good run; now just looking to refill the place with the right people.

Place gets cleaned monthly by a professional, we’ve got 100 Mbps wifi, and there’s a shared washer/dryer in the master bedroom.

Currently 3 rooms available:

• Upstairs room (available June 15) — $899/month. Sage-themed with its own private ensuite. • Downstairs room (available August 1) — $865/month. Mountain-themed wall art above the bed, semi-shared bathroom. • Master bedroom (available August 1) — $1145/month. Biggest room, private ensuite.

Utilities are split per person on top of rent around $100- $150— covers electric, gas, water, internet, and monthly cleaning. Trash and HOA are on me.

Hey, I’m Iewan, 26. I run a small manufacturing business and sell on Etsy on the side, so I’m at the workshop a lot and travel for work fairly often. When I’m home it’s pretty chill — I’ll have friends over here and there but nothing crazy.

Looking for tidy, considerate people who’ll keep the common areas clean (no dishes piling up in the sink kind of thing). No smoking inside the house, outside is fine. Young professionals or grad students around my age tend to be the best fit.
