Private room comes with a shared bathroom, full use of common areas, kitchen, patio, living room, washer dryer, and small area for storage in garage. WiFi included. The home is located in the Vandenberg village, about 5 mins from Allan Hancock College, 10 mins to entrance of VAFB, 10 mins to Walmart shopping area in Lompoc. Looking for working professional, or full time student. Security deposit breakdown: $200 + 1st and last month rent, to be paid in full before move in. Background check fee is $40.00, paid by tenant.
