It’s a third floor condo unit overlooking beautiful landscape and golf course from patio. located in East/South Naples, FL. Located just 10 minutes away from downtown 5th Avenue dining/shopping, Naples Pier, and of course beautiful pristine beaches! The development has 2 pools, jacuzzi, grills, clubhouse, and tennis court on property. This condo unit is by the room, kitchen, bathroom only. Your Room is unfurnished. You have your own bathroom. Guest parking available. No commercial/work vehicles are allowed. Very safe and quiet community. Please no smokers, drugs, or pets. Also, its just yourself renting out room no family members, wives/husbands, friends, boyfriends/girlfriends ect.. I prefer someone that works in the mornings, financially stable, and able to do $500 security deposit/background check.

I have two jobs. I work fulltime during nights and some part time during days. I’m a very clean person and expect roomate to be also (no dirty dishes in dish pit, your bathroom maintained). I like to golf, watch football (go bucs & noles), fishing, riding my motorcycle and going to beach.
