The house located in a quiet neighborhood and full access to living room and kitchen area plus laundry just clean up after yourself don’t leave dishes in sink. No parties the utilities is included with the rent. The room comes with a little couch and refrigerator.
About the roomies
We keep to our self and I’m gone through the week and the other roommate leaves on weekends and keeps to themselves too and my nephew comes three days out of the week. I’m just renting rooms so my house ain’t empty when I’m gone. The house is very clean we all help keep the restroom and kitchen clean
