Spacious room available in my lovely Hewitt home - $750/mo – all bills paid!!!

My house is a beautiful, spacious 4 bed/2 full bath home in a great neighborhood in Hewitt. It’s a 2 min drive to I-35 N on-ramp and 15 mins from Baylor/Downtown. The house is fully furnished with everything you might need including a washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen etc. I have a lovely backyard with a covered patio, a grill, a hammock, a fire pit, string lights, lots of pretty plants, and privacy fencing - a perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine :)

Your room is fully furnished with a super comfortable queen bed, bedding, a dresser, bookshelves, and a lamp. It has a ceiling fan and a spacious closet. You would share a bathroom only with 1 other roommate - no one else.

I’m looking for a roommate who is clean/neat, mature, and responsible. A graduate student or working professional would be a great fit! No smoking, drugs, pets, or room sharing.

Will prorate the first month. I’m very open to short term tenants :)

I’m a 34 year old female with a graduate degree and a professional, full-time career. I have a super quiet/mature/studious 18 year old who is headed off to college in the Fall and who will be home during school breaks, but will only share a bathroom with me. I have a 12 year old rescue pup. He is super sweet and well behaved and just loves laying around on the couch, sun bathing, and cuddling. I am laid back and easy going. I keep a clean and organized space and am looking for a roommate that will do the same in the common living areas.

My other roommate is a 29 year old engineer. He is very quiet, introverted, clean, and kind.
