It’s my basement downstairs in my duplex Great location nearby 13th and Maze.One thing about the downstairs The carpets not all in great shape but it’s clean you have your own master bedroom downstairs with a nice large closet your bathroom and downstairs I would use the laundry room that’s where I keep things in my laundry room! Doesn’t mean you can’t use the washer and dryer and a fully kitchen to use a.s long as you make me dinner just kidding. I need a little bit of cleaning up my house in my garage and of course the yard so if you’re willing to do that I can reduce the rent that month or whatever you help me with but if you’re not wanting to do that that’s OK if you’re just interested in the room. I am 53 years old single woman my son is often college comes and visit once in a while on the weekends but he has his own room upstairs now that he can use I am friendly trustworthy honest and I need somebody honestly And trust to come into my home. I do have a cat his name is truly so you have to be cat friendly he is very naughty And loves to get into things and very nosy! I would try to keep him out of the basement for you but I know you’d like him when you meet him!!
