Rent is $1100 a month including utilities (water,electric, FIBER internet, city trash).Prior to move-in, you’ll need to pay a refundable security deposit of $1100. Upon move in, you’ll pay first month’s rent which will be prorated based upon your move-in date. The lease runs for 6 months. Security deposit will be returned within 15 days. Please let us know if you are a healthcare worker, military or first responders for additional discount.

The House: This is a newly renovated house that me and my huband bought this year, It’s a 2 story house and you will be renting the first floor. It is UNFURNISHED, we can furnish it for you but with a higher price, inside the room will be a cabinet with full mirror. YOU WILL BE HAVING YOUR OWN ENTRANCE to the house for increased privacy. It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bath separate entrance 1st floor, almost like a studio apartment but WAAAY AFFORDABLE that’s approx 2200 sq.feet. Common space with your roomie will be the kitchen, living room area and the laundry room in which we use as well in a weekly basis. All appliances are brand new, you will be having a full fridge with freezer, an electric stove top with oven, a range hood so you can cook whatever and brand new cabinets, a microwave, a coffee maker in other words FULLY FURNISHED KITCHEN. The washer and dryer are also top notch which can wash beddings and comforters and can wash up to 5 loads of laundry. Hardwood flooring throughout the house (we can’t accept pets because of our allergies, but we love pets). We also have security cameras installed surrounding the house for your peace of mind. We live in Paradise Hills by Reo Drive and Rancho Hills. Malls, groceries, food places is just a 5 minute drive away. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and friendly. You will be PARKING IN THE STREET and it has never been a problem for us. There is a skilled nursing closeby which is a 5 minute walk in case you are a healthcare worker looking for a part time job. There is a famous bakery closeby and a pizza place that’s one of the best reviewed in yelp. Plaza Bonita has a lot of gourmet selections and it’s a 5 minute drive away!

We’re only about 15 minutes away from anything you want to do in San Diego. Balboa Park and downtown are 10 minutes away. La Jolla can be 20 minutes away depending on traffic, La Mesa is 15 minutes away so is Chula Vista. PB,IB,OB is 15-20 mins away if you’re a beach bum. Easy access to 805, 5 and 54 freeway.

About You: -Financially stable (we will be asking for 1 month proof of income) we prefer military or nurses since we are close to the base and hospitals. -Clean - we love this house and we are looking for someone who will give the same respect we are giving to it. None of us smokes so we are currently not allowing smoking inside the house and this includes THC. -Respectful. Once another person rents out the other room, please respect each other’s privacy and personal space. -Clean as you go. -No overnight stays. As much as we like to accommodate your friends, please bear in mind you have other people living in the house and this house is a safe haven for us.

We will be occupying the 2nd floor and we are a family of three. Me and my husband are healthcare workers. He usually works office hours from 8-5 and I usually leave the house at 10 PM and get home morning. We have a 5 year old son who is respectful, reading books, playing on his Ipad and meeting new people. We are usually out of the house and you won’t be seeing much of us anyways because each floor has its own entrance. We are respectful to people, respect our renter’s privacy, and we are always available to help them anyway we can.

After a successful viewing and you have decided to occupy our humble abode, you will be filling up a renter’s application and a screening report for approx ~$50. (this is a non refundable fee to prevent trolls) and once everything checks out, then we will be handing you them KEYS!!!~
