Kanan Road

Hello! I am 22 years old and currently living with an awesome roommate who is also female, age 21. I am currently in the process of moving to Arizona to pursue my Yoga Dreams and build my own business. I am looking for a down to earth female roommate close to age range to take my half of the rent. The condo is located off of Kanan Rd. exit and is super close to a bunch of shops, you can take Kanan rd all the way to Zuma in 20 minutes, walking distance to parks, Grocery stores (Ralphs, Vons, Trader Joe’s). Our unit is facing the hillside so you don’t get the traffic noise and view of a pretty hillside. Gated community, close to Agoura High School and in a very family-oriented complex. The Rent Total of the un’ it is $1850, the only utilities which are not included are Wifi and Electricity, no Gas or Water. My roommate has a small dog who is just turning 1 year old, her name is Honey and she is the sweetest thing ever, Im sad to leave her! Their is a pool and jacuzzi in the complex. Our unit is also equipped with a Washer/Dryer. Parking is directly under our unit. AC and Heating. My room is the smaller as she has the Master and pays more but you have your own bathroom. My roommate is super cool and awesome, we have lived together before. She works most of the time and is not home a lot of the time, so you will have private space and time. She is very clean, the most organized person you’ll ever meet and loves to have fun! The lease is over in August so it would have to be for the remaining time.
