TC's room

We have 1 room available starting July 5 in a 1,700 sq ft ranch style house in West Dublin. There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The available room is near the back of the house and shares a hallway bathroom with 1 other housemate. We have 1 mellow indoor cat, so NO dogs will be allowed. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Rent is $1080/mo (utilities included). Deposit is $800 due with your first month’s rent. Offering a 6 month contract, with a minimum of 3 month stay. The background check, credit report and rent collection happens through an app called Innago.

The room is furnished with a: twin bed, closet system, a standing desk, 3-drawer dresser, a rug, a small shelf, and small cube unit/shelf in the closet.

About the Home: Our home is a single-family 4-bedroom house located in West Dublin. We renovated all the bathrooms and kitchen 4 years ago, and we have a Samsun washer and dryer (with a sanitizing option). We also have a gym (squat rack, hex bar, dumb bell set, bench and a weightlifting platform).

Our home is situated in a quiet neighborhood.

We’re all working professionals (2 male, 1 female) aged 24-34. We all try to keep a clean house, so it’s important to find a housemate that can also be clean and respectful of shared areas. We do not wear shoes in the house and we’re all vaccinated. This new tenant will share the hallway bathroom with one male housemate.

We’re all on the more introverted side and we value privacy, but sometimes we go out or do an activity together. These things have included: cooking, movie nights, game nights, and going out.

Bonus points if you like cats, because the resident house cat loves to be around people!
