1 room available in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment near Bethesda Row and Bethesda metro stop.

I’m looking for someone to take my spot in a spacious apartment with high ceilings with my amazing roommate, Molly (unfortunately I’ll be moving).

RENT - $908 UTILITIES - Gas and water included. Electric and wifi/cable usually around $70/month, sometimes much less PARKING - Free! One shared parking pass for private lot, and plenty of free street parking LAUNDRY - on floor PETS - The apartment is pet friendly (although no pets live there at this time) OTHER - private entrance, high ceilings AROUND THE AREA: 5 to 10 minute walk from Trader Joes, Safeway, and Target. 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants at Bethesda Row. Public park w/ tennis and basketball courts located behind the building.

Some details about Molly: She is a mid-twenties professional musician (she teachers voice and piano at a local studio) and is currently in the process of becoming a certified yoga instructor. She’s incredibly clean (always cleans up in the kitchen and regularly cleans the bathroom and common space), very considerate (always checks to make sure it’s ok before inviting guests over, etc.) and is a great communicator. She’s a very easy-going roommate, and occasionally has friends over for dinner or to hang out. She also loves to listen to records and drink wine.

Some details about the apartment: Rent is $908 - gas and water are included in the price of the rent. Electric and wifi/cable are usually around $75/month (sometimes much less). The apartment is pet friendly, although we do not have a pet at this time. Parking is free. There is a shared parking pass for a space in the private lot and plenty of street parking. We also have our own private entrance and high ceilings.

The apartment is under a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants at Bethesda Row (bethesdarow.com), and about a 5 minute walk to Trader Joe’s, Safeway, and Target.

There is also a park behind the apartment, so if you like to play tennis or basketball, you’re in luck!
