One room for rent off Tobacco Rd. in a quiet subdivision literally 3 minutes from fort Gordon gate 5 or 15-20 from WellStar MCG, Augusta University, Piedmont Hospital, and the Mall. Walmart, Bi-Lo, Checkers, Sonic, McDonald’s, subway, Burger King, Popeyes, and several other restaurants within a 10 minute drive. The rooms are about 90sqft. You can easily fit a queen sized bed with a dresser or a king sized bed with a chest of drawers. There is a shared bathroom with a large common area which includes a gameroom area with a pool table and card table. Large eat in kitchen, family room, and laundry room. $600.00 a month which includes rent, utilities and internet. First and last month rent due to move in.
