Let’s try this… Must be mature, responsible, respectful- no alcohol abuse or drug abuse, lewd language- and if smoke must do outside… As house is small- if you want to visit with friends you must go to them… As you will have use of the house; cleaning up after yourself, helping with trash is also your part as Roomie too!
