Vivian's room

We have 2bedrooms and 1bathroom available to rent out to one person for $1600/month for month-to-month starting November 20, 2021. Single occupancy and no pet only! It’s a month-to-month lease.

We found this nice house that we want to rent and thought having a roommate to rent out 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that are located on its own level of the house would be nice. The rooms and the bathroom would be for you to use only but the laundry room is located in your bathroom so an access to it would be needed. Our rooms and bathroom are located on a separate floor. There is a spacious living room, kitchen, yard, deck and even rec room with a pool table! It’s also got an AC! (Remember last summer with the heat wave in Seattle?)

As the property management requested, you would need to have at least 3x rent of income to prove, have no collection, eviction or crime history and background check will be done.

We are a couple of professionals in late 20s living with a small dog and an indoor cat! We would like a roommate who are around our age (late 20s) and can be friends with! Since we have pets, you must not be allergic to dogs or cats, and we don’t want any more to avoid any conflict with other pets. Our cat is very calm old indoor cat but our dog is an energetic lil dog who can hike and run for hours on his prosthetic so you should be understandable and familiar with being around a crazy puppy! Haha
