Hi all! I am looking for someone to take over a room in my house in the Whispering Hills area by December 1st! This can be changed if need be! We are 15 minutes to downtown Nashville.

1 bedroom with a shared bathroom. There are 2 living room areas, a kitchen, laundry room, back porch, big fenced in back yard, off street parking, and a private in-ground pool!

The house has all hardwood floors and was recently remodeled. I have a dog who is good with other dogs and people. No cats are allowed.

Rent is $800/ month plus utilities.

My roommate Jayden and I are in our mid- twenties and I’m looking for people that are around that age as well. I like to keep the house clean. I work full time in video production while Jayden works from home! I enjoy being active, hanging outdoors, cooking, and getting drinks!
