Two other renters and I live here. I’m the owner of the house.

Alex and Danata, a Russian married couple who live in the primary bedroom, have been my most polite and helpful renters. They treat me like a father.

A traveling Nurse born in South Korea stayed here for about a year, and before him, Jose, a Brazilian jazz musician with a doctorate in Jazz, stayed due to the proximity to UIS where he was teaching.

I’m old enough to be everyone’s dad, that’s for sure.

It’s a very calm and quiet home, so everyone knows they can get a good night’s sleep.

All my renters must undergo a background check, which costs $40. This way, the renters and I can be assured that there are no violent people in the home.
