The house has three floors and offers plenty of space and privacy:

First floor (by the garage): One bedroom occupied by Khoi, a working professional in his mid-20s. This floor also provides easy access to the garage and entryway.

Second floor: Bright and open shared living space with a large living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for relaxing, cooking, working from home, or hosting a small get-together.

Third floor: The available bedroom is located here and includes its own private bathroom. The floor also has one other bedroom occupied by Manny, a working professional in his late 30s who values a clean and relaxed home environment.

We’re looking for someone responsible, clean, and easy to live with who appreciates a peaceful but friendly household. The home is shared with respectful working professionals and is ideal for someone who wants comfort, privacy, and a prime location.

Lease Terms

Month-to-month lease with 30 days’ notice. We prefer a flexible arrangement so everyone can make sure the house is the right fit. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who would like to stay long-term.

$1,100 base rent + $150 utilities (fiber internet, electricity, water, and gas), $1,250/month total.
