A cute house in a great location, across the street from Long Leaf Park. You would have you own room, and we would share a bathroom. It’s a small bathroom, but there’s plenty of storage space.

Rent is $800/mo, including utilities. The landlord asks that you sign a 6-month lease and provide at least one reference (like a previous landlord) to vouch that you pay rent on time. No drugs. No smoking in the house. Overnight guests are welcome, but no live in partners.

About me - I’m 30 years old. I have an Australian Shepard who is shy at first but very sweet once you get to know him. I tend to keep to myself during the weekdays, but enjoy socializing on the weekends. My previous roommates would tell you that I’m super laid back. I just ask that you’re respectful of our common spaces. I like to keep things tidy, but I’m also not a neat freak. Some days I work from home. There is a study/sunroom that can be used as an office space if you want to utilize it.
