Room is not ready yet, but will be ready in August

2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath townhome located conveniently near mall and downtown Greenville. Room will be unfurnished and comes with private closet. Common spaces are available to utilize, such as kitchen, living room, and patio. There is also a storage room you will have access to outside at the patio. Utilities (that are not included in rent) are power, and water.

Only one roommate, myself, and three cat companions. Typically I keep to myself and if I do bring over guests it’s done over the weekends. I’m also transmasc, so I’d prefer to have another fellow LGBTQ roomie.
