Some interesting facts about this property. It has never flooded, even during Harvey. The home doesn’t face the street. It faces a two lane driveway that four houses share. If packages are delivered to the porch, no one from the street can see them. There are also no windows on the wall facing the street offering extra safety and seclusion behind a fence. Instead of a backyard, it has two side yards connected by a walkway in the back. Covered porch and deck on one side. Built-in gas fire pit on the other. It’s a great location for it sits in between I-45 and Hwy 59 where FM 1960 and Aldine Westfield meet. Mercer Botanic Gardens and Baldwin Boettcher Branch Library are less than a mile away. I have an affectionate feline living with me that is very friendly once he gets to know you. His name is Django. He’s a super senior (19-years old). He’s retired.

Just myself and one cat. I recently opened a mattress store in Spring, so until it gets busier, I’m there seven days per week. When I do have spare time, it is spent recording music I’ve written. My ideal roommate will be in their late 20’s or older. Maturity and life experience is important.
