The home is located in Northern San Rafael (ZIP code is actually 94903) just 15 minutes East of Highway 101 at the Lucas Valley/Smith Ranch Road exit. Surrounded by miles of open space, wetland, walking paths, Kayak and paddle board launch on Las Gallinas Creek.

Quiet neighborhood . The room is 10’ x 13’ (130 square feet) with an 8’ wide closet and ample shelving. Brand new carpet, TV, WIFI, queen bed, dresser. Your private bathroom is bright and clean with a shower and tub and ample cupboard space. Must have a solid, stable job. Full time work and/or work plus classes, preferable out of the home No overnight guests and limited house guesting. Practicing COVID prevention and following Marin County Mask Mandate outside of the home. No drinking, smoking (legal or illegal substances), vaping or dabbling. Move-in requirements: Credit check and 3 references including current employer and last place of residence. First, last and security deposit of $300 up front. Vaccinated with Proof of vaccination. Getting your own renters insurance is required
