I’m a 23 year old male and local of Gulf Shores. I work Monday-Friday from 9-5 and am home most weekends. I am clean, quiet and respect other people’s privacy and property. I expect the same in return. I have a 15 month old daughter who I share custody of with her mother, absolutely zero drama there. I have her a couple nights a week and why I would prefer only to rent to a female. I have the lease through June 2022 and you will be required to sign a lease and show proof of income.
