No drugs! I do require a background check Copy of driver’s license Three months of pay stubs or income prior to moving in.

My shortest lease agreement is 6 months would prefer a year lease Tenent. Rent is $900 a month however utilities and internet are not included and are split.

Hi I’m Meagan you’ll be living with me and my two Aussies. I’m supper friendly! Outgoing I will occasionally have people over.

Won’t mind if you do either as long as you’re responsible and respectful.

I am clean and I would love to live with someone who is just as clean picks up after themselves!
