🏡 About the Home & Roommates • Three rooms rented in a quiet Carrollwood home • Current roommates: straight males (33 and 65) — friendly, respectful, and mostly keep to themselves • Optional socializing if you enjoy: Lightning hockey, Bucs football, NASCAR, movies, euchre/spades, backgammon, and occasional shared meals • EOS 24/7 gym is 1 mile away + four more gyms within 4 miles

🧼 House Expectations I keep a clean home and look for someone who naturally does the same. • One person per room
• Limited guests/overnights to keep things low‑key • Prefer someone who works outside the home (1st or some 2nd shift) with limited WFH • No smoking, drugs, or heavy drinking
• Two friendly cats already here — no additional pets
