Brianne's room

A commuter’s dream! The house is within a mile of the beltway, walking distance to Forest Glen metro (redline), and bus stop is less than 1 block away. On-street parking available. The room is in our basement but unfortunately we do not have a separate entrance, so you will enter through our front door. My husband’s office and shared laundry is in the basement, but you will otherwise have the basement to yourself (1 bedroom with your own bathroom and the entire basement living area). Shared kitchen is upstairs. We have a large yard with a patio and shed.

We are a married couple in our 30s. No kids, but we have a dog (Great Pyrenees). I am in PA school so I will be in rotations and may not even be around except on the weekends depending on where I am placed. My husband works in the office most days, but some days will be working from his office at home. Looking for someone who gets along with our dog, is clean/organized, and will be very quiet due to my studying most of the time I am home. No smokers.
