Good for reheating or microwaving but no real cooking. Cleaning every few weeks included. NO pets. No smoking anything or chew. Towels, linens, paper goods are not provided Laundry service on own. The HVAC is locked in a range from 77-79°, so that the AC unit doesn’t freeze. We’re on the McDowell Mountain so it’s cooler here than other places in the valet. It may not be appropriate if you have a hard time handling Summer in Arizona. Limited parking for one small to midsize car (no trucks or SUV). Lease will have further details.
