Hello there, I’m looking for a roommate to share this beautiful house, that’s located in Northridge, it is a bout 500ft from California State University (CSUN) in a very quiet neighborhood

It’s a 4 bedroom 3 bath house. This bedroom is spacious, and it has a shared bathroom, it shares the bathroom with one other room. Other rooms have their own bathrooms. And it also comes with a wardrobe closet and extra storage.

Potential Roommate: We are three male occupants between ages 21 - 40. Ideally, you would be a male or female mature student who is focused while here or a professional with a similar respectful and responsible mindset as us.

Lastly, looking for non-smokers, non-alcoholics, non-pet owners and no drug addicts; expensive habits which affect other roommates and bring unwanted drama. Amenities:

• Laundry, I have a washer and dryer in the laundry room which you can use
