Various restaurants, Walmart and Frys within a 2 minute drive. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. I also have a vivint security system with multiple cameras.
About the roomies
I have a daughter but due to my job requirements she only spends about 4 days a month at my house (my days off). I only spend about 2 weeks a month at my house as well. You would essentially have the entire house to yourself for the most part. We are very clean and neat people. Currently have a male roommate occupying one of the rooms in the house and am looking for a second roommate.
