My townhouse has 1300 sq ft, you have the whole bottom floor which includes bedroom with en suite full bathroom, the living room, full kitchen, and the outside patio.

I live on the upstairs floor with my own bedroom, bathroom, office (includes a mini-kitchen) and a small balcony.

It’s really kind of like having your own apartment downstairs!

Your private room has keyed locks on it, and is currently furnished with a queen bed, comfy chair, tv, TV stand, bedside tables, lamps, etc. There are two very tall closets in your room. Your bathroom is your own full bath.

There’s lots of storage in the house, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a huge rustic wood-burning fireplace in the living room. Everything is furnished- just move in!

Our beautiful Heather Ridge community is right by the expressway, Six Flags Great America, shopping, etc. We have our own golf course, five clubhouses (ours is right across the parking lot, with an outdoor pool), tennis courts, pickleball, hiking trails, a tiny pub etc. We have our own garage, which is just for you, I don’t have a car. There is also guest parking and security guards that drive through 24/7.

The rent is $1000 each a month, and only electric bill to split. (Gas, water, garbage, are included). If you want to use my internet, it’s $30 a month EACH, or you can get your own. I’ll share my streaming service sign-ins for Amazon, Netflix, HBO max, Hulu and YouTube TV- for free! Security deposit can be paid off in a few installments if needed.

I’m a retired Respiratory Therapist who is now self employed and works from home. I’m looking for a peaceful, no-drama roommate! My perfect roommate pays rent on time, cleans up after themselves, is polite and kind. You have a permanent, stable income and can pay the $850 deposit.

Serious stuff: No drunks, please. No big partiers, no couples. Vaping in the house is fine, but please smoke outside.
