Peyton's room

Your room: Large private bedroom with a massive mirrored closet and a large private bathroom. This room comes unfurnished, but can fit a queen bed, desk and dresser. The bathroom also comes with storage space.

Our home is a bright sunlit open concept kitchen to living area. The kitchen includes, spacious cabinets, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and the best part is, we have a WINE FRIDGE! To top that off we also have heating and a coin operated washer and dryer. *water and garbage are included in rent, wifi and pg&e are separate fees. * Our shared communal space comes fully furnished plus a stocked kitchen, so no need to worry. Our home is a 5-10 minute walk from the Marina Green, a 5 minute walk from Lukes Local in our direction and a 10 minute walk to Safeway in the other direction. Best part is we are just a few blocks from famous Balboa Cafe’s espresso martini’s ALTHOUGH we think we may have discovered some that put Balboa’s to shame!

We are 3 females in our mid twenties who have been living in this apartment for the last year. One works in PR, another in marketing and the 3rd is a Software engineer recruiter. Between the three of us there is a mixture of 100% WFH and going into office hybrid. The rest of the apartment is 2.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.

We like to have “family” dinners with our friends that live in the area, where we all cook together and are always down for a wine night whether it is for a game or watching the Bachelor. We are easy going gals who are friendly and always down for a laugh. With that being said we aren’t looking for a new best friend but for a roommate who already has a established social life in the city. Don’t get us wrong we love a good roommate dinner and movie night! :)
