Hey!! I am looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP at Uncommon Wilmington due to me transferring in the Spring. This is a beautiful apartment complex around 5 minutes from UNCW and about 15 minutes from CFCC. This complex allows pets, has a gym, and a pool along with a great outdoor area. Our apartment also includes a balcony, you will have your own bedroom and bathroom. It is a Four bedroom/Four bathroom. A bunny lives there so no dogs but cats are fine. Apartment is fully furnished and room comes with bed and a desk! $700 a month + utilities. Message me ASAP for more information!! About the roomies
