Wifi AND utilities are provided by Landlord. Laundry is also offered on-site. You will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, not afraid of dogs/cats, and will be respectful of other neighbors & residents. If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me.
